True Location Specific SMS
I was sent these messages by just being within range of Terminal 3 and Terminal 4.
There was a time when people thought the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) emergency messages are excessive but I wonder could they be as location accurate as this one because the last thing people need in emergencies is a boy-who-cried-wolf situation.
